Review by Francine for Olives Deli & Bakery

My daughter and I had reservations at another restaurant on a Friday evening, but there was a long wait, so in the meantime, we visited Olives for some appetizers to hold us over. My daughter is a strict vegan with food allergies, so she did not even know if she would find something to eat. It seemed that the employees were well informed about vegan diets and knew what my daughter could have and even listed all the ingredients without us asking. The owner soon walked over and was very friendly and accommodating. We left with stuffed grape leaves, babaganoush (at his suggestion), orzo with vegetables, chick peas with vegetable salad and a lentil vegetable salad (plus organic falafel chips). We loved the food so much that we cancelled our reservations at the very pricey restaurant and went back to Olives for some hummus, seaweed salad, and I ordered a tuna kabob dinner for myself. Not only was everything delicious, but the prices were reasonable and there were many other vegetarian sandwiches to choose from. My daughter had never like babaganoush until she experienced Olives! An OUTSTANDING REVIEW from us! Have a mean here - you won't be disappointed. Ask for the owner! He is happy to help.
