Our guests received horrible service at this event. To begin with, there was just one guy, the owner, serving about 50 people. There was no table setting or flatware on the table. There were tiny plastic glasses that the drinks were served in.  The utensils were plastic too with paper napkins. If we wanted to serve our guests plastic utensils we would have done the party at home.  The owner was very very rude throughout the whole party.  The food was decent.  He had made it seem like he was going to provide worldclass service to us. There was no reason to believe that the service would be bad at the party since whenver we ate there the service was pretty good. But, I guess its differnt for big partites.  He told us someone would be serving the cake.  When it came time to cut the cake he didn't even provide anything to light the candle with. Luckily, a guest gave us a lighter. Neither did he provide us with a cake server set.  I had picked up the server from my house just before leaving.  He just dumped the cake on the table. He just didn't seem to care. There was no happy birthday music. Our beer was warm, that we had dropped off a day before at the restaurant.  All in all, the food was decent but horrible service.
