Not only is the atmosphere relaxing, the owners are extraordinarily welcoming and the wait staff is super. 

The food is very fresh; sauces are great and each dish - even the "traditional" ones  - are different than you'll encounter in typical Chinese restaurants. I have lots of personal favorites, like Shrimp with Shallots, Seafood Hot Pot, Shredded Pork with Dry Bean Curd, Sweet and Sour fish fillet and Cumin Lamb.
